Biography:
Mai Nhu Lu is a final-year medical student with a strong interest in paediatrics and neonatology. She is motivated by delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to children and their families, particularly during the early stages of life. Alongside her clinical training, she is passionate about research and its role in improving patient outcomes, service design, and health equity. She aims to contribute to audits and evaluations and to translate research findings into clinical practice. Mai Nhu Lu is keen to pursue a career that combines clinical excellence, academic curiosity, and advocacy for high-quality, child-centred care within multidisciplinary teams across diverse healthcare settings globally.
