Biography:
Mohamed Zubi is a medical student at the University of Galway with an interest in paediatrics, neonatology, and clinical research. He has been involved in a retrospective neonatal intensive care unit research project examining the association between endotracheal tube suctioning burden and severe brain injury in extremely preterm neonates. Through this work, he has gained experience in clinical data review, statistical analysis, and interpreting findings in the context of neonatal care. He is interested in continuing to build research experience in neonatal and paediatric medicine, particularly in projects that can contribute to quality improvement and patient outcomes.
