Biography:
Qianyu Cheng is an undergraduate student in Measurement and Control Technology and Instrument at the School of Information Science and Technology, Beijing University of Technology. Her research interests centre on mathematics, statistics, and machine learning, and she has undertaken various machine learning projects across diverse domains. She has received awards in mechanical engineering innovation and mathematical modelling. She co-authored a paper in Measurement on a magnetostrictive guided wave cloud monitoring system for long-term pipeline experiments, where she was responsible for data analysis and processing.
