Biography:
Dr. Kravtseniuk is a retired pediatrician with over 35 years of clinical and leadership experience, serving as Chief Pediatrician in central Ukraine through periods of political transition, economic instability, and armed conflict. Trained under the Soviet medical system and later contributing to the development of independent Ukraine’s pediatric services, she has dedicated her career to advancing child health, ethical medical practice, and support for vulnerable families. As a clinician, mentor, mother, and grandmother, she continues to advocate for compassionate, resilient pediatric care in rapidly changing and crisis-affected environments.
